Раскрывается место и роль военной организации в России как социальной среды для развития личности военнослужащего в ходе его военно-профессиональной деятельности. Особо отмечено, что военная организация по сути своей обладает ресурсами для становления и развития личности военнослужащего, для формирования необходимой направленности его сознания и мировоззрения. Обращено внимание на то, что в деятельности офицера принципиальна степень его взаимодействия с подчиненным, их позитивно ориентированная внутренняя и внешняя направленность на достижение целей, поставленных перед ними организацией. Указанное взаимодействие представляет собой своеобразное формирование - сплав общекультурных, профессиональных и личностных ценностей, которые могут проявляться как позитивно, так и негативно. Авторы обосновывают положение о том, что реальные успехи в формировании личности военнослужащего армии России в военно-профессиональной деятельности напрямую определяются уровнем развитости и позитивной направленности отношений в социальной среде.
The authors reveal the place and role of the military organization in Russia as a social environment for the development of the personality of a serviceman in the course of his military professional activity. It is especially noted that the military organization inherently has the resources for the formation and development of the personality of a serviceman, the formation of his orientation of consciousness and worldview. Attention is drawn to the fact that in the activities of an o cer, the degree of interaction between him and his subordinate, their positively oriented internal and external orientation towards achieving the goals set for them by the organization, is of fundamental nature. This interaction is a kind of formation of an alloy of general cultural, professional and personal values, which can have both positive and negative forms of their manifestation. The authors have substantiated the position that real successes in the formation of the personality of a serviceman of the Russian army in military professional activity are directly determined by the level of development and positive orientation of relations in the social environment.
