Рассматриваются особенности высокотехнологичного проекта и их влияние на управление рисками. Выделены взаимодополняемые, взаимозаменяемые и независимые риски. Определено, что SWOT-анализ проекта может быть использован для выявления рисков проекта и выработки мер реагирования на них. Утверждается, что при выполнении цикла управления рисками высокотехнологичного проекта целесообразно учитывать их типы, источники возникновения, включая трансакционные издержки, и особенности мер реагирования. Предложены подходы к управлению рисками высокотехнологичного проекта с учетом трансакционных издержек и типов рисков.

In this work, the features of a high-tech project and their impact on risk management are considered. Complementary, interchangeable and independent risks were highlighted. It was determined that the SWOT analysis of the project can be used to identify project risks and work out response measures to them. It is argued that it is advisable to carry out the risk management cycle of a high-tech project with account for their types, sources of occurrence, including transaction costs, and special aspects of response measures. Approaches to risk management of a high-tech project have been proposed, considering transaction costs and types of risks.
