Отмечается, что в эпоху цифровизации информация является основным управленческим ресурсом, однако отличается избыточностью, многоаспектностью, множественностью источников и каналов передачи. Указывается, что избыточность и другие новые свойства информации являются ключевыми факторами снижения уровня эффективности управления различными социальными системами, в том числе системой образования. Показано, что система образования, являясь неоднородной сложной системой, взаимодействует со многими социальными институтами, что актуализирует проблему повышения эффективности управления цифровизацией образования в целях сохранения таких ее качеств, как стабильность и адаптивность к контингентности внешней среды. Сделан вывод о том, что управление цифровизацией образования - актуальный вид социальной деятельности, обеспечивающий конвергентность исторически сложившейся стабильности и конструктивные преобразования системы образования.
It is noted that in the era of digitalization, information is the main management resource, but it is characterized by redundancy, multi-aspect, multiplicity of sources and transmission channels. It is indicated that redundancy and other new properties of information are key factors in reducing the level of efficiency of management of various social systems, including the education system. It is shown that the education system, being heterogeneous and complex, interacts with many social institutions, which actualizes the problem of increasing the effectiveness of managing the digitalization of education in order to preserve its qualities such as stability and adaptability to the contingent environment. It has been concluded that the management of digitalization of education is an actual type of social activity that ensures the convergence of historically formed stability and constructive transformations of the education system.
