Интенсивное развитие и распространение новых идей и технологий приводит к их тесной интеграции в экономику и иные сферы жизни общества. Но, исходя из мирового опыта, высокий инновационный потенциал нововведения не всегда вызывает ожидаемое повышение эффективности предприятий. Зачастую это связано с тем, что при внедрении инновационного проекта новый бизнес-процесс совсем не проектируют или проектируют некачественно: инновации помещают в несформированную или неподготовленную бизнес-систему. Причинами этого можно назвать неоднозначное понимание теоретических основ бизнес-процессов и их проектирования, а также инноваций и инновационной деятельности. В данной статье авторы пытаются проанализировать существующие подходы к пониманию сущности бизнес-процессов (а также инновации): это понимание важно для оптимизации действующих и моделирования предполагаемых бизнес- процессов. Работа представляет собой обзор мировых и российских научных публикаций, входящих в наукометрические базы Scopus и РИНЦ. Этот обзор направлен на систематизацию существующих представлений о сущности бизнес-процессов, носит теоретический характер, однако содержит и практические примеры.
The intensive development and dissemination of new ideas and technologies lead to their close integration into the economy and other areas of society. But, based on world experience, the high innovative potential of an innovation does not always give rise to the expected increase in the efficiency of enterprises. Often this is due to the fact that when introducing an innovative project, the design of a new business process is not projected or is not carried out qualitatively: innovations are placed in an unformed or unprepared business system. The reasons for this can be identified as an ambiguous understanding of the theoretical foundations of business processes, their design, innovations and innovative activity. In this work, the authors attempt to analyze the known approaches to understanding the essence of business processes (as well as of “innovation”), which is of great importance for business processes optimizing and modeling. The work is a review of world and Russian scientific publications included in the scientometric database Scopus and RSCI. This review is aimed at systematizing existing ideas about the essence of business processes and is of a theoretical nature. However, the authors have provided practice-oriented examples.
