ASSESSMENT OF THE READINESS OF INNOVATIVE PROJECTS: A PRACTICAL ASPECT

Abstract:
The article is devoted to practical objective assessment of the innovation projects readiness, currently receiving organizational, nancial and other budgetary support and implemented in actual spheres of Russian economy, including those under programs of projects technological independence. The methods used in the practice of assessing the readiness of technological projects, both domestic and Western, are considered. A classi cation of Russian approaches to assessing the level of technology readiness is proposed. The authors have identi ed the limitations and opportunities of assessment tools of technology readiness and have compiled an algorithm for rapid assessment of the project readiness level. A practical example of assessing the readiness of an innovation project is shown.
