ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE APPLICATION IN THE MANAGEMENT OF SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES

Abstract:
The role of artificial intelligence in the management of small and medium-sized businesses is considered. The literature on the problem is analyzed, the conclusion is made that the capabilities of artificial intelligence are widely used in all spheres of human activity. Based on the analysis of statistics, it was demonstrated that the scale of application and effectiveness of artificial intelligence in the 21st century is increasing. It has been suggested that the future of small and medium-sized businesses lies in the successful collaboration of a human and a computer: for the sustainable development of the enterprise, it is necessary to invest in the development of the company's human capital, on the one hand, and to expand the use of artificial intelligence in all business processes, on the other.
