Digitalization as a new principle of production organization
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The functioning of industrial enterprises in the digital economy involves the task of applying new scientific approaches to production. In this regard, the purpose of this work is to develop the scientific principles of the production organization as the basic provisions for the formation and implementation of production processes. The authors, based on general scientific methods of cognition (analysis, synthesis, grouping), have presented an overview of the existing scientific principles of the production organization, including differentiation, concentration, combination, specialization, universalization, proportionality, parallelism, direct ow, rhythm and continuity. The novelty of the study is the development of a new principle (digital integration of production), which determines the requirements for the organization of digital space in industrial enterprises in order to ensure efficient production activities. The obtained scientific results are useful for the scientific community and specialists of industrial enterprises involved in the production organization and digitalization of processes.
