The authors present their original view on the development of neural networks and evaluate their impact on economy, business and education. The authors consider arti cial intelligence technologies as a driver of a new technological revolution. Basing on research of Russian scientists and information from Russia-wide government publications, the authors have estimated the prospects of possible changes in the investment environment, labor market, training, management functions, institution of intellectual property and education in response to rise of neural networks.
