Potential of knowledge-intensive business personnel under requirements of digitalization

Abstract:
The authors present the results of a research into the most important competencies of a demanded specialist in the modern economy. Based on the results of the analysis of scientific and practical literature on personnel selection, treaties of specialists working in a field of information technologies and knowledge-intensive business, the most important criteria assessing specialist’s potential have been highlighted. The systematization of the results of analysis associated with assessment of labor efficiency of specialists of high technology enterprises is given and the competence approach assessing the potential of personnel with account of modern requirements of digitalization is described.
