Genesis of innovative development’s theoretical concepts in the context of the scientific and industrial complex formation

Abstract:
In this work, the novelty of the term “innovative development” is noted; its application in modern scientific methodological paradigms is analyzed. The periodization of the theories of innovative development is given. By analyzing the current challenges and trends faced by society and the economy, the author characterizes the prerequisites for the formation of an innovative scientific and industrial complex. The principles of functioning, key participants of the scientific and industrial complex and their role in its formation and development are described. A set of measures contributing to the development of an innovative scientific and industrial complex and ways of their implementation have been proposed.
