ASSESSMENT OF THE BALANCE OF TECHNOLOGIZATION PROCESSES IN SEVERAL REGIONS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION IN THE FIELD OF ACHIEVING TECHNOLOGICAL SOVEREIGNTY

Abstract:
The author examines the balance of the processes of technologization in individual subjects of the Russian Federation in the eld of achieving technological sovereignty of the country. The hypothesis is put forward that the balance of technologization of the subjects of the Russian Federation should be ensured on the basis of proportional introduction and use of own developments of advanced production technologies. The analysis revealed a critical imbalance in the scale of development and use of advanced technologies. The established fact testi es to the positive dynamics of the processes of technologization, at the same time pointing to the extremely low level of own developments, which hinders the achievement of technological sovereignty of the country. The necessity of updating and adapting state support measures within the framework of technological policy to new economic conditions at the level of the subjects of the Russian Federation has been substantiated.
